  • be able to choose the strategy and tactics of negotiations, the most suitable in any given situation;
  • know the nature of manipulation and influence, be able to resist them in situations of professional activity;
  • be able to convince and argue,
  • work with objections and remarks;
  • be confident in the situation of negotiations of different levels.
Description (problem, content) Business communication is the key to success in any field of activity. From how effectively the interaction with colleagues, partners, clients is established, the achievement of the set goals directly depends. The skills of business communication can provide the greatest impact on the process and the result of any activity. Training business communication is one way to improve the skills and motivation of staff. The purpose of the course is to study the basic principles and regulations, technologies and methods of business communication.
